This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for September 02, 2008:
The fact is that I'm getting older. The truth is that I don't have to act my age!

Help

good one!
very well said. : )
Hi Janet and Amanda!
That's why my job and I are a perfect match…
as a teacher, I get to wind back the years.

yep….it's nice to be a perpetual child
LOL! I think it takes one to know one. Wanna play?
love your answer
i like to stay 21 for awhile, lol
Thats a fact!
Woohoo.
i love your truth! lol…
Love this Susan…so true…have fun, and be whatever age you feel, or eternally young..: )
Samme,
If you act 21, then you are 21. Woo, Hoo!
Aley,
Isn't it great to be a kid again?!?
Starlight,
Glad to see you've joined us! You fit RIGHT in!
Ange,
Just like the song… Alphaville's Forever Young. I don't have access to YouTube at work, but when I get home, I'll link the song up. Great tune. Yup! I want to be forever young.
Hugs!

susan, i think you have in that one sentence shown how facts are not always concrete…and that truth is free…
we can understand facts in a scientific kinda way, but truth is to be lived in the experiencing of this moment…
Today the calendar said that I was born 40 years ago today. But for me, the most important number is how I relate to people under the age of 8. They are barometers of truth, see things for the way they could be not only as they are and show you how to see with your heart, your imagination and remind you that we can reimagine ourselves at a moments notice.
Happy birthday Scottay
have a wonderful day my friend,
I do agree with what you say, children have a way off showing us truth, they connect in each moment, are in the now,
they remind us of who we realy are…
Love
Ange
thank you for the huge belly laugh that came my way when i read your post! - it's perfect :)
A truth is what we know in our hearts, a fact is what they know in a textbook.
Can fact ever replace our truths?
Starlight,
Couldn't have said it better myself!
Scottay,
Happy Birthday! You are right about children… it is always beautiful to see life through their eyes.
Shirley,
:-) Thanks!
Elizabeth,
Hmmm… I've got to turn that one over for a bit…
Hugs!

Here's the link that I promised earlier…
Forever Young by Alphaville
I like! The number is irrelevant!
Peace and love. Sherri
Forever young … at heart, in mind and spirit!!! I agree seeing things through the eyes of children … hanging with kids and being “child-like” - - - playing!!!!! Keeps ya young!
Numbers are just that - numbers! I was never very good at math!
Hi Sherri and Peri (hey, that rhymes!),
I agree. Sometimes I even forget how old I am when someone asks me…. getting all tangled up. Most of the time I act like a child, and I usually have more fun than most. LOL! Thanks for visiting.
Hugs!
